I had to turn the speaker on. The phone is very slippery. My screen is broken already because I dropped it. I can't return it best buy said.

Damaged by humidity??? NOKIA garbage

I believe that disinfecting spray or wipes caused damage. Phone could not charge. Phone was under warranty, but NOKIA did not cover this with warranty. I know this phone is cheap, but previous cheap phone I owed like LG Phoenx 3 could take rain, cleaning by spray and was more durable compared to NOKIA garbage. NOKIA repair answer:Your NOKIA 3.1 is being prepared for shipment to the address you provided. Unfortunately, the fault is not covered by warranty and your phone is either beyond economical repair (not repairable) or the repair quote has been rejected. Reason: Liquid Damage You will receive an email with your shipping reference number once dispatched.
