This phone I bought on a last minute stores about to be closing purchase as my phone was completely inoperable so I thought it's an emergency I need the phone immediately so I bought it. Since then I have had to replace the phone, and I'm basically out the money for the cost of the phone. I didn't even use the phone for more than 3 days because it was inoperable. It says that it's a 32 gig phone I don't know how they could say that because with three apps being downloaded on the phone, and no music and no movies being streamed on the phone with just those three apps made the phone completely not work. The screen is non-responsive, just hands-down the worst phone I've ever even used let alone owned. Save yourself the hassle.

I'm disappointed in this product. It has this weird feature where the screen shuts off during a phone call. Which is an inconvenience if I am trying to hang up, or hang up on someone I no longer feel like talking to. Or even worse, browse through my phone for information while on a call. I read a thread that suggested turning off the adaptive brightness feature, but it still does it. It also does not let you assign ringtones to individual contacts. Really want to like this phone.

Phones speaker sounded like a whisper after 6 months then completely quit at around the 9 month mark. at least it was a phone to wait for repairs initially then given away afterwards.

Extremely slow. Not enough processing power to do anything. $30 phones sold at bestbuy are better quality.

It was suggested by a sales employee that I purchase the Nokia rather than the Motorola Moto that I wanted to buy because the Nokia was cheaper. I regret buying it, but I'm exhausted with trying to find a phone that works with pre-paid service providers in Alaska. Sorry Nokia you're not as dandy as the Motorola I wanted.

This 32 gb phone won't load the third level screen of my game. I added a 128gb sd card. It just goes to portable storage. I am not allowed to add to internal storage. I only use a phone to play games so this phone is worthless to me. $84 for phone and $31 for card wasted. Can't take back cause store is closed for virus.
