Adequate phone.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought phone in Minnesota and then continued on to montan. AT&T does not have the best coverage in monta. I can use Vibe, Whatsapp, and messenger to communicate with people but not the phone app. I guess most of my complaint is with AT&T.

Good sim card but quickly infiltrated
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this about a month ago, and it took hours to set up auto pay. And on top of that i called to set things up, a Filipino answered the customer service call, and they were trying to claim that they have an office in the Philippines when at&t is clearly based in America. And visual voicemail disappeared within the month, so when I checked the voicemail setup it said my voicemail was set up to a Baltimore phone number, which was obviously not my number. At&t isn't the problem: criminals are.

I love best buy just hate AT&T
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The title pretty much sums it all up. Verizon is far better and both sprint and t-mobile are cheaper and easily as good if not better.

Not sure yet
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Didn't like that SIM card had to be purchased separately. Had some trouble installing. Not sure how well it works yet, product is sufficient for niw, would not purchase agaon.

ACTIVATION PROCESS WAS NOT FUN!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought an unlocked phone and decided to try at&t by purchasing this item. Transferring my phone number into an AT&T account was painful. After being on the phone with AT&T for almost 2 hours, I finally decided to tell them I was totally frustrated with the process, and I bought a Sim Card for Verizon. Whew! Verizon went much quicker.....only 5 minutes.

Never assumed this could have been defective
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The simcard was actually defective. After spending @ an hour on the phone with ATT I was directed to visit their store for a free replacement which they actually had me check before leaving so that I would not need to make a return trip and waste more of my time.

Easy set up
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We already had an IPhone 4S, so we bought this sim card package. It took me 10 minutes to set up from start to finish and now we have an extra and affordable phone line with no contract.

Good sim card in three formats
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this sim card so I could use in my phone. Come in the standard format that be used in older phones or phones that use micro format or the nano format. The only problem I had is when I ported my phone number over from another carrier I lost all the data from activating the sim card.

Cheaper carriers
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had ATT Prepaid for 11-12 years. No discount price for seniors or low income. The $300 per year deal is ONLY for new customers. They don’t value existing customers. In this county, service is spotty in the mountains and for many years, only ATT and Verizon gave good coverage... but there are new service providers! Consumer Cellular uses ATT towers and charges HALF the price! $20/mo for the exact same service as ATT! And when I discontinued my service with ATT, they refused to refund me anything.

Beware of AutoPay
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I was an AT&T Prepaid customer for over four years until I switched recently to becoming a regular AT&T customer. Despite my old phone having its SIM card removed they still had AutoPay set up and charged me for two months worth of service. Also, they hung up at me before they could answer my questions. AT&T customer service is barely reliable since they must have outsourced it overseas, it's always people with accents. I'm not trying to be offensive, but it's the truth based on my experience. Furthermore, the Prepaid deal is okay if you're on a budget, but for customer service I'd rate it a 1.5.. Since they also hung up on me I don't appreciate that either.

Att Prepaid
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My husband and I decided to go prepaid after paying off our devices because it was a lot cheaper. Not only did you get the same quality service we did not have to worry about overage charges or the extensive taxes they charge you. So we saved quite a bit of money. Also it was great that Best Buy price matched the cost of the new sim card with Att so we ended up getting a great deal.

Well...it works...kinda
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought after a ton of research about BYOP Sim cards and ....att does have a great deal options ... buuuut... after much troubleshooting and working with att I could not get my Samsung galaxy s4 (verizon) to work 100% ... it came down to either having mobile Internet or texting ... cause once the Internet codes were entered ... I would not be able to send or receive texts ... had something to do with Samsung program restrictions ... long story short ... I ended up buying a galaxy s5 .(an att model) ... I would only recommend if you have an att phone
