This ATT International Sim card is fantastic, however there were problems getting it to work. The Best Buy tech that helped me was wonderful, however there was an issue with the SIM card that I purchased, which by the way the ATT customer support could not correctly configure either. Anyway, ATT support informed me that I had to get a warranty replacement from an ATT dealer, since this SIM card could not configured. I went to an ATT store, the rep there was really fantastic, configured the phone in about 20 minutes. The other thing I has ATT do was to port over to thus SIM card my old Verizon phone number. The port over took about 4 hours, however everything works perfect.
