I used the samsung smart switch app to transfer everything from old phone to new phone. Everything works fine for a few days and then it doesn't show my contacts name when calling them or them calling me. It only shows the phone number. I've had to factory reset the phone about 5 times now and I still get the same problem. It seems to happen after an app update but I don't know for sure. Also, the camera app freezes when taking video if it's set to store on sd card. However doesn't seem to freeze if it's set to device storage. Very disappointed. I transferred everything back to old phone and now I have no use for this phone.
