Making my google backup unusable. Why would Samsung make a device that can't install a newer O/S that my 1-year-old phone? Support was no help either. I spend 3 hours the other evening and was hung up on twice. Thank you, Samsung for ruining my android experience. Back to apple I go.

It will not let you type your message before putting in your contacts. I am used to typing my message first so I can proof read before putting in contacts and pressing send. I had to return phone.
