-Every time I try to use an emoji it shows question marks -Phone randomly freezes at least a couple times a day -Haven't even had this phone for a week and I'm not happy at all -I think the speakers in my Motorola Razor 10 years ago sounded better than this phone

The samsung galaxy phone worked well for 2 years! This one has been not working intermittently. Please refund this, even though it is past the 14 days.

I needed a phone for my father that was not hard to use but would work in an area without strong Tower coverage. I was told this one would work. However, it is a 2G phone and does not work on the AT&T network. Nor would it pick up roaming on the towers. So it was just a waste of money. I did tell them it needed to work on AT&T and where it needed to work. The salesperson was familiar with that area and was very courteous and helpful

The camera is not very good and am always having to delete stuff off of it because there is not enough memory in it. It loses numbers randomly from our phones. it constantly freezes while in the middle of something or talking to someone on the phone or texting. I got my wife the same phone and she is having the same problems as I am. I like Samsung phones, but the cheaper ones are exactly that CHEAP!!!!!!!!!

The storage space is extremely low. The phone moves extremely slow. The camera is blurry both front and back camera.

Its a good phone for a beginner or if you are on a budget. You get a Andoid 8.0 OS, 16 GB of storage, decent processor & decent front camera, its responsive. It's NOT for hard core gamer's. Small things that I don't like. 1. It doesn't have LED indicator on the front. 2. You can't put it on mute with the volume controls. 3. No finger scanner.

Phone glitches and needed to be replaced quickly, buy a sd card or good luck adding any apps.

Not recommended spend a little extra and get something fast, nicer, and that works

I have not been able to get this phone activated. It's something to do with the sim card. Just realized I purchased insurance so I am going to see what can be done about to make it right.

This phone is a piece of junk. Only had it a few weeks, and it's given me nothing but problems. It freezes up constantly. And has turned itself off 3 times. Don't waste your money.

We bought for our daughter but had to return because after a couple of days it just stopped working.

I am not happy with this phone, it gets too hot and doesn't hold a charge !

If any password has less than six letters Samsung won't connect

Bought this same phone when it came out 3 years ago only reason I replaced it after a year of using it with Android auto it stopped working mostly my fault not taking care of good charging port on the phone, so for $89 cheaper then going with satellite radio with Android auto I can use Spotify, iHeartRadio , Google Maps Etc the only problem I had in the beginning loading Android auto had to go into Google Play services and reload it to original format after that Android auto loaded back in business . If you're looking for a basic cell phone for under $100 I definitely recommend it . And on the subject of Android auto I love it
