It fell off the back of vehicle and was destroyed . So I had to purchase a new phone , and was lucky enough to pick this one . I'm so happy with this phone ,I believe it is the best phone I ever had ... Sound clarity, fast downloads , more function then I probably will ever need ! LOVE
