Didn't stand up to my 12 year old

I have a 12 year old who I purchased this phone for, but it didn't quite stand up to him. He managed to drop the phone and within two occurrences, the screen was shattered. My primary issue with this phone though, is the fact that the 8GB memory of the phone was insufficient to run the device effectively for very long. The operating system takes up over 4 of those gigabytes and heaven forbid you should add an app. After awhile, the phone wouldn't even open the photo gallery because it said there wasn't enough memory. In the end, we had to upgrade. Glad we purchased the Best Buy Protection Plan on this one.
