I cant for the life of me figure out why someone would spend $700 on a phone when all i had to do was buy a $10 sd card and now my $80 phone has more memory - mine now has 64gb compared to galaxy s6 edge+only having 32 and no card slot - sure the screen is a bit smaller and the phone is only 5 mp instead of 14 but for literally a tenth of he price who cares - i bought it as a go phone but use it with my plan its flawless i would buy tem of these before i wasted money on a note or s6

What a surprise this Lil phone has been a beast since I purchased it . And the battery is one of the best features. The screen is so clear and vivid .The o's is so smooth on this Lil phone. Plus the memory is expandable

Why 2 stars? Because it's fair. Why it's fair? 1. Many people report that they got a problem with the screen and it just happened to me like in 55 days (06/11/2016). I talked with Samsung tech support on Aug 15, 2016. (The reference number for this chat is 4323435382 for samsung.com support). I would like to advise a best buy to remove this phone from the store. Thank you for repair, however I though I'm the one with this problem until I got another one and read some reviews online. 2. Space issue. The phone is 8gb, with ATT apps (nobody use those apps) you get only 3GB space left on your phone. You can't uninstall these apps, but you can disable to prevent updates which decrease your phone space. What I like about this phone? I like the size, display and it pretty fast enough, good on ram, ram is managed well, you don't need to worry about your ram and go to setting and stop the app you don't use. Good phone in general, affordable price. However, I would not recommend this phone to my friend. It's very low on space, sd card won't help you if you download apps, you may transfer only pics and videos to make more space for apps.

Still getting used to my new phone, but it satisfies all my needs. Easy to use, clearly readable face, & excellent volume control. Not easy to accidentally dial an unwanted call or text, so I am very pleased with that feature!

I bought this phone because it was ON SALE, everything is running nice and smooth so far.

I am using this phone for last 5 days and it has been the best purchase till now. The only problem which i might feel is 1 GB RAM, however for this price you can complain. Don't Download heavy games on this phone, other wise it is amazing experience.

We bought this phone for my 87 year old father, who wanted a smart phone instead of his very difficult to use flip phone. The price was great and it works as well as my Galaxy. He is enjoying it and we are very pleased.

I wanted a fast phone with a small screen, and the Express 3 with its 4.5" screen size is perfect for me to fit in my jacket pocket. The screen is beautiful, it's fast & responsive, and very lightweight. The only drawbacks are you cannot move apps to SD card (Samsung has disallowed it for this model), 5GB of 8GB of storage is used by the OS leaving just 3GB for apps (I disabled or uninstalled everything I could and disabled Auto-Update), and the camera is only 5MP. But for this price, it exceeds my expectations.

Very easy to use and really like that I can download songs easily. I bought this because I couldn't do that with my Windows phone and the Windows hone kept cutting off.

I purchased this phone as a backup phone to get me by and it's absolutely terrible. It comes with 8 gb of internal memory, 5 gb are already used right out ofthe box due to all of the useless bloatware that comes on it. When im typing it takes 4-5 seconds for the words to appear. Google search & Chrome are constantly crashing. Phone constantly overheats. Would buy a used older model iPhone instead next time, and if Best Buy didnt have a ridiculous $35.00 restock fee, I wouldve already returned this $80 paperweight.

I go through phones a lot so I purchases android go phones. I bought this one and decided to get a screen protector and case for this one, I had it for 55 days and the screen stopped working. It was never dropped or abused, I made a point to take care of the phone. You can hear the att music when you hold the power button but no display. I tried hard resets, different cables and computers, downloaded samsung kies and tried it, pretty much the first 5 pages of google searches were read. I expected more out of a Samsung, the ASUS go phone I had lasted much, much longer, i just got tired of the cracked screen

Bought phone, was told I could add sd card to expand memory. SD card memory does not work with the phone memory for all apps. Can not use many apps due to space limitations. Screen is very good. Not many choices for phone case

I purchased the phone for my son four months ago. No complaints and it was on sale for good price.

For the price, is a good phone. Smooth, no too fast but avarege. The 5MP is no good.

I bought this to unlock and use with another carrier. I have to say I have never been more disappointed with a smartphone. The last phone that I still have was a Lumia 640 windows phone. This was also a $29 go phone. I don't know if I am spoiled by that phone or what but I find this phone slow and tedious and with no way to uninstall the numerous bloat apps like you can easily with windows phone. It only has 8gb of space and more than half is gone with the system and bloat apps so there is not much there. The real shock for me was the rear camera picture quality. It is one of the worst I have ever seen on any phone. It looks grainy and not clear and washed out especially indoors. I would have guessed 1 megapixel. I can't even return it because there is a $35 charge. I'm don't think I'm even going to bother unlocking it. Next time i will get either a windows phone if I can find one or if I have to an iphone.
