For $99 it did the job when my S7 battery fried and took out the motherboard. The physical home button quit working after 4 months.

Basic Prepaid Smartphone that will get the job done.

Initially this was what I was expecting until a week later and update came and it tells me that I need to remove data to allow for the update. Then a week after that I had to contact Samsung because it keep doing its own thing. I could not get it to stay on task. I sent it to Samsung but they never told me what was wrong with it. I did get it back in a timely manner. I did not keep it much longer. I gave it to one of the children to use as there phone. As an adult this phone just does not keep up.

Too many ATT ads, it runs slow, the volume is not good and won't accept certain apps that are helpful to a senior citizen.

My previous phone was a bit larger, so I could be spoiled by that, but even so, the design could be better: the volume control is on opposite side of phone from power button, so when I try to adjust volume, I end up turning phone off. Also, letters are small, and swyping often does not provide words I want, and it will often capitalize or lower case where i don't want it to -- which was not as much a problem on my previous ASUS phone -- which didn't cost any more than this one.

I bought this phone for my 95 year old uncle who doesn't always wear his hearing aids. He has had flip phones in the past, and his last one was dead. I thought if he could text, we could communicate easier than over the phone. Unfortunately I am an iPhone user, and I'm having trouble teaching him how to use it. It just works differently than an iPhone, and I spend more time trying to figure out the sequences than teaching him. It's pretty much a bust.

It's just a ok phone but good for the money. I like my old LG phone better. More simple to use by far

The phone was great for the first two weeks then it went downhill I took it back to Best Buy twice they told me to call Samsung so now Samsung's got it it's a piece of junk I would not recommend this phone to anybody I had to get an old phone because Samsung said it would take almost 3 weeks for me to get my phone back

Samsung is going all out for its upper tier products, but for some reason don't care for these products!

I bought this as a gift. She liked it but said there wasn't enough memory. Very slow loading.

Bought to use for a trip to Canada with a prepaid airtime card. Has mostly worked fine on our trip.

The letters don't type accurately. Photos are not crisp and clear. But phone works well so far.

Sound quality very poor. Good HLR response. Voices sound broken with good signal.

This cellphone was a good product at the time I bought it.
