Good Prepaid Phone. Affordable. Strongly recommend

This phone is a budget phone that exceeds my expectations. It is fairly quick and haven't had any problems yet. Was purchased for a 2nd phone just in case. I like the style and the feel of the phone. Doesn't have all the bells and whistles like wireless charging, etc but what do you expect for this price point. A great buy.

phone works good if you are just looking to use it for phone calls and texts maybe a few apps. great for a beginner or an extra phone to have around for the price.

Bought the phone for my wife. She was very happy with it. Worked great. Thought I was getting a good deal, it was on sale. Best Buy did not carry a case for it. The phone was an older model from 2015 or so I was not so happy about this, they did not carry accessories.

No big complaints except most days I will wake up to the phone being awake because the screensaver never came on or locked the phone. My settings are set for it to sleep after 30 seconds of inactivity.

Perfect phone for a first phone. We bought as an extra when our Galaxy 7s broke. If you are used to a newer smart phone this will be disappointing.

I bought this phone for a friend in NYC who did not have a smart phone, and desperately needed one. She loves the phone and now understands why people are addicted to their phones! She is learning to use it with the help of a local friend who also has a Galaxy phone.

I was surprised at the great service I got when I purchased my phone. Explanations by the agent were clear and concise, the product was great (I will be updating in the near future) the price was right, and I am a happy man. Thank you BestBuy for your continuing excellence.

The phone is very similar to a galaxy s4. The only issue I have is the speakers aren't as good. I hear the person im talking to very well but they have a hard time hearing me.

The device, though economically cheaper than all the big name models, this device exceeds my expectations in quality and design. My only complaint would be its processing speed.

Good enough for my 17 year old daughter to be happy with it. Dropped numerous times and survived each fall. Why can't our $1000 iPhones have this much durability?!

Replacing the same phone that I had for 4 years. These phones are low cost and work horses. I am a consultant and conduct business on the phone every day - large attachments come through. It is fast on the download. I could not be happier.

I bought 2 of these, thought first was just factory flawed, Works well for about 6 months then rapidly slows down

The phone turned out to be beyond my expectations. Bought the phone as a backup, and gave it as a gift to my son. Needless to say, he is very happy!

Phone works well, but at times tends to freeze up. There has been no particular repeat of the freezing, it just slows down. I still like the phone.

This phone works great for my teen son. Has lots of space for apps and photos.
