ONE IS WHEN THE PHONE IS SCREEN GOES OFF TO SLEEP MODE AND YOU GO TO PULL DOWN WITH YOUR FINGER TO SEE THE TIME / DATE , IT IS COMBINED AND CANT BE READ . YOU HAVE TO UNLOCK IT TO SEE THE DATE AND TIME CORRECTLY . I'M SURE THEY WILL UPDATE THE SOFTWARE FOR THIS . OTHER THAN THAT , GET A CHEAP $5 CASE AS THE SCREEN IS NOT SHATTER PROOF .

Good phone for basic needs

Under $45/mo plan, data usage is limited and downloading from internet is slowed once data limit is reached (about mid- month!). Spell check is lousy. Also the "Hold" button activates mid- call when holding phone to your ear. Definitely better with a bluetooth headset.
