I got this phone to replace my Samsung Galaxy 4S after I dropped it and it got run over in the street. I had that phone for almost 5 years. This phone functions well for me. I am not a heavy app user, and speed is not that important. My only concern is that the phone is very thin and feels more fragile than my original Samsung Galaxy. No problems so far though.

This is a nice phone, works great, & does everything I need! It's a pre-paid at&t phone, & it was on sale at BestBuy, but I was able to use it with my existing at&t plan! I just got on their website, transferred it to my account with a few easy steps, so it all worked out nicely!!! Only one thing for someone else trying to do this with this phone is that the phone is labelled as a Samsung Galaxy Express Prime, but it's actually a Samsung Galaxy J3(2016), so heads up!!

this phone does everything for my wifes needs.good for a begineer.

The phone itself works good. It has Android Marshmallow out of the box but it is loaded with att apps that you can't remove or delete. It definitely affects the phone's internal memory. camera is nothing to write home about but it does a decent job. The back has a cheap feel but you can't expect much from this budget phone. I would recommend this phone for anyone looking for a basic smartphone and wouldn't mind the 5 MP camera.

Great phone for the price. Works great. Great beginner phone

This has all the specs you would need to run every well. Maybe not blazing fast. But this should be able to do everything outside of running some graphically intensive apps. Its made up of primarily plastic, so it doesn't have that heavy glass or metal finish. However, this would be a great starter phone to give to somebody, or have this as a backup phone.

This phone has worked extremely well through the months. It gets a lot of usage and never has been problematic.

It's a great no contract phone for the price you get all u need

My son really likes this phone. We had to get a phone for him quickly when his other phone fell out of his pocket from 20 feet in the air (he was on a rafter installing an A/C). It's essentially the same Samsung phone he had before so there was no learning curve with it. He likes being able to pay for his airtime using the phone. The only downside is finding an otter box and screen protector that will make the phone as indestructible as possible.

Good phone for the price. The phone is also easy to use for a person who is not familiar with smartphones.

This is a great phone with all of the bells and whistles, yet not too confusing for the average phone user.

Prior reviews noted that this phone cannot voice text. Either they didn't know how to use it or Samsung updated the unit because you CAN voice text! Phone is fantastic.

Bought this is a back up because my phone broke. Works well. Good to have for emergencies.
