Nice phone but trouble getting it set up by ATT

The Best Buy clerk was super helpful but when ATT set it up, they could not seem to get it set right for a blind person's use. We have been back to them twice. I am going to bring in it to Best Buy to see if you can help us.

A cheap phone in many ways.

Drops call in mid call often. Annoying. Not even close to replacement for regular Samsung phone. Maybe a beginner phone. Sold to us as a replacement for mainline Samsung phone.
