I bought this phone to replace my existing iPhone 4S on my existing AT&T pre-paid account. The phone is perfect for my needs and wants. I had no issue moving from iOS to Android as I had no paid apps. The only CATCH of this product is that - it is not part of Android upgrade program. Meaning whatever Android Version (6.0.1 in my case) it comes with - that is it. When Apps stop supporting this version - your phone will become 'less useful'. I am guessing that will be at least 3 years from now.

This is my frist prepaid cell phone and I actually had my doubts about the phone at frist and pay as you go type service. But This cell phone did not disappoint it will pretty much do anything the fancy high priced cell phones will do ,and I haven't had any issues with dropped calls. If your looking to drop your contract and want to go this route this phone will not disappoint.

I use this mainly as my company phone and it works great! Had one little issue and it took a while to figure out how to fix it but when someone would call they couldn't hear me and I had to put them on speaker and take it off speaker so they can hear me. I paid $120 for it brand new well worth the price

Great phone not to bad on battery life. one hand is all you need the size is great

This Galaxy is a great value. With 16GB its got a good display and decent camera. 3 years ago i thought the Nokia 635 couldnt get any better but this is a big improvement

This phone although is at a low cost IS NOT WORTH thE MONEY. The calls drop, the phone freezes up and sometimes the other party can not hear me even thought the volume is all the way up.

purchased as a replacement for my ZTE phone, this new phone gets ZERO signal in my house and work (usually got 3 bars on my old phone), there is about a 2-3 second delay when opening any app, the touch screen doesn't register text very accurately either. Overall very disappointed, bought it as a cheap replacement in a pinch and it definitely nails the CHEAP part. steer away at all costs unless you get off on pure disappointment =0)

Wait for about a month after using this phone to put on a review. First of all, the battery life is horrible. You can only mess with it for a few hours after fully charged. The 1.5G ram is a joke. It gets frozen a lot and even slower than Lumia 640 with only 1G ram. Today, less than 30 days after I bought this phone. It finally won't take the charge. Junk phone. First time with samsung and this will be the last.

I loved my Galaxy Express at first. After about 3 months, the phone started cutting out (not a service issue). I contacted Samsung as per Best Buy and they said that I had to send the phone to them and they would have it for 5-7 days. That's not very practical and off to buy another one I go.

Don't waist your money. Was a great phone till the screen stopped working. The phone was never dropped and had a case on it.
