He is in a nursing home and we haven't been able to see each other in months because of COVID-19. I wanted to use the video call function but found out this option is not available on the prepaid phone. I downloaded the WhatsApp. My other issues with this phone is that the charging indicator light doesn't work and the always on display is not an option.
