It will not turn on, and no troubleshooting has fixed. It was not put in water, the sand, or the sun, and it was not dropped. The actual phone, camera, etc. seemed fine, but I can't rate a phone highly that became a brick right after I purchased it.

Not because of the service rep, he was amazing, but because of the back and forth between att and Best Buy. Then finding out after being in the store for over an houramd a half, with 3 kids, that we had to go to ATT anyway to get a SIM card. Att was very difficult. It didn’t seem like the Best Buy team member was given the right tools to help in this situation. I will never buy a phone from there again. Computers and tablets maybe. But no. I’ve never waited that long to buy a phone. And for it to be a pre-paid phone at that. Wasn’t an easy experience.
