I had to buy a phone to replace one that accidentally went through the washing machine. I was concerned I would end up paying a penalty to end one phone contract and start another but the person at Best Buy directed me to this no contract phone that I could purchase and use to continue my current contract. The phone was insanely cheap and works every bit as well as the phone it replaced. The transfer over was seamless.

The best endorsement I can give - I've already recommended it to friends. The reception capabilities in some the remotest parts of Alaska is superior to more expensive, well-known models of other companies.

Very easy to operate, basic features but great second phone. I use mine as a business phone.

The phone is working well so far. It was purchased as a replacement for the phone my husband had been using, which our cell company required be replaced (upgrading towers, and his old flip phone was apparently too low-tech. :( ). The only thing that is a bit unclear in the Best Buy description is that this is not an 'unlocked' phone. Fortunately, our cell company PARTNERS with ATT, so we were able to get the phone activated without too much trouble. Sound quality seems fine. Husband is too low-tech to use many of the other features so I can't comment on those! lol

Simple and easy to use. Solid phone for old people. The important thing is the price.

I had no problem setting up or using this phone. A few simple steps and I was done.

Recently, ATT informed me that I had to upgrade my older 2G phone because they were dropping 2G support later this year. All I want is a tiny emergency phone that fits in my pocket when I'm out walking, so I bought this one. It's okay, at best. Some of the new 'features' that were listed on the Best Buy site don't seem to work for me, so I'm somewhat disappointed.

You can't beat the price on this item. Purchased for someone else and they loved it.

With a phone this low priced, you cannot go wrong!

I bought this phone for my 85 year old uncle to replace his Pantech breeze. I put his contract SIM card in it and it works perfect. Large buttons and large display makes it easy for him in a time where smart phones are not practical for some elderly folks.

Bought this phone as a temp phone because my smart phone messed up. Works great.
