I'm 70 and I need all the help I can get, this was so easy to use....love it. Only thing was I was getting calls from unknown????? So that was using up my minutes, you ATT have to work on that.....

I bought this for my son. It is a great and strong phone

If all you need is a plan o basic phone to make and receive phone calls this is the mobile phone to have that is if you only need to make short calls one to three times a day. A $100.00 pay as you go card will last for a year, unless you use up all the minutes @ .10 a minute and it uses the ATT single which is most every where. I recommend this phone.

Doesn't have many features obviously. Calls are somewhat muffled or maybe it's just hard for me to get my ear in the right spot. Kinda sucks that texting isn't in a group with the same person, have to address the message every time. But thats what you get for $15

IT'S A GOOD BASIC PHONE THAT IS PERFECT FOR ME....

Activation required a phone call to AT&T by the Best Buy sales person. Unfortunately ALL my contact info and photos were lost apparently when he rubbed the gold strips on the SIM card between his thumb and forefinger, while I watched from across the counter. Apparently he expected the phone to activate by simply installing the SIM card, as the phone's sticker says. The AT&T rep then told him that they had to activate this phone. So, all my contact info from the prior phone is gone. I dropped the prior model on the forest floor while doing field work at least 4 times -- and it always worked afterwards.

I purchased this phone because mine was stolen. Even though there's no data use on the phone it was great. It's was very small, but very manageable. The sound and reception worked better than I thought it would

My number one complaint would be that it was a bit pricey for a bottom of the line, plastic phone. The reception was great, though the sound quality was only good.
