This is a very basic phone. i bought it because my contract phone would not work overseas and I did not want to buy a new phone for 14 days. It serves the purpose.

Definitely meets my needs. Easy to use for us "old folks". Don't need the bells and whistles, just want to make and receive calls. Sound quality is so-so at times, but I use the speaker phone feature when that's a problem. Battery life is pretty good, and again, the price is right on point. Replaced the exact phone that I had been using, with no problems, for SIX YEARS!!!

The phone meets all of my needs. I use the phone for calls. I carry it primarily to use in case of an emergency when I am driving.

Has the right feature set for a simple phone user. Doesn't need much but the ability to make a call. Simple design, easy to use. One negative. The center function button, if pushed when phone is idle, will go on the web via the expensive data rate. It should ask first, then go online.

Very good phone got the unlock code from At&t and using it on metropcs without problems

This phone is the perfect back up phone when the primary phone is not at hand. Has got the main features necessary on a phone and is of very good quality.
