U get what u pay for. With that price, it is a good phone

This is a good reliable phone for making phone calls only. I don't like texting so I avoid texting which is a hassle with this phone. All and all, it is exactly what it is designed to do, which is making a phone call.

I bought this to replace an old AT&T Go Phone. The phone accepted the SIM Card as well as the contacts on the card well. There are not a lot of extra apps on it which makes it better for me.

It's an old flip phone, but gets the job done with no frills.

My mom had a super old Samsung phone and needed a replacement. This has no bells and whistles. Just a regular phone that works fine for placing calls.

This is a good phone, and very easy to use. Recommend.

Alright tracphone if you need a cheap phone for basic purposes

I bought the Z221 as replacement for my old Motorola flip phone which had a dead speaker. I wasn't ready to buy a smart phone so I tried the Z221 for 3 weeks, used only for occasional phone calls and texts. Even turned it off at night to save battery but still had to charge it every 3 days. Font for screen text was very small (white text on black background) but was too hard to read easily and had no option to change size of font. Middle button on toggle pad is AT&T internet connection button. On my old phone, this was menu button so out of habit I kept hitting middle button for menu (wrong!) but that connected me to the internet and I couldn't get completely out of the connection unless I turned the phone completely off. (Terrible design!) I returned this phone and bought LG Xpression phone with slide-out keypad and adjustable size font and other features which make me glad I made the change. Hadn't realized how much I would appreciate the qwerty keyboard and chain of conversation which LG Xpression has.

My old phone broke and I needed a backup phone until my new phone arrives. Just remove the regular full size sim card and put it this phone and it works perfectly.

Got this for my Grandparents who need just a very basic phone - something that's hard to find now a days. It works well, but you can tell it's low quality which is understandable for the price.

Gets the job done & very easy to use. Can't beat the price.

great value and works for what we want as we only use phone. Also was able to use with ATT without getting a new contract.

I had bought this for my wife in a nursing home and she has dementia. I thought this would work but did not. for a pre teen this would be a great phone.
