Phone is inexpensive, however, ATT has changed the plan from $.10 per minute to $.25 per minute. There are other less expensive options out there for prepaid.

The battery seems to need recharging more often. The outside display does not stay on and the coloring and design of the outside display are dull and boring.

Cannot organize my contacts by the last names. This makes using this phone very time consuming & inconvenient! Why would any company make a phone without this option. The only reason I bought it was because of the low price. Will not make this mistake again.

I can't see who's calling without opening the phone. Since a few days after purchasing, nothing shows up on the outside. I took it back to Best Buy, but they wouldn't do anything about it. It was a cheap phone, but it certainly wasn't even worth the price I paid.

A good, simple feature phone with Bluetooth

Bought this phone as a replacement for my mom to use as part of a family plan on AT&T. Just slipped her SIM into this phone, and all is good. She needed Bluetooth so that she can use the phone in her car, and that paired easily. This was a very inexpensive phone that replaced her broken feature phone. No issues at all.

I can't say much about this product except it's cheap. It'll get the job done if you're not needing an Android or Iphone.

I don't like modern technology .....strange for a person who is in their very early 40's but for me this basic phone is great.... All I what to do is make a phone call and say what I have to say and that's it.This phone allows me to do so. It has a great battery life and calls never get dropped. And sound quality is great! I would for sure recommend this phone.

Bought it because my family have difficulties to use smart phone, that phone is so cheap that fit my budget. Don't expect it functions like smartphone, but it has 0.3m camera just in case, blue tooth connections, micro USB port for charging, speakerphone ... The cons are it can't copy or transfer files between computer, has to use blue tooth, more I want to have it unlock, but AT&T hasn't updated the database of that phone jet. No way to unlock at this moment. More there's no headset connections, has to buy a special type with micro USB headset.

    Very nice flip phone

I have been using flip phones for close to a decade already, that's all I want or need. But the choices are becoming fewer and fewer without a contract. I found this ZTE Z 222 on sale at Best Buy for $14.99, normally $39.99, a $25 savings so figured I would give it a try. Had never heard of ZTE phones before this purchase. Just popped the SIM card in and it was good to go. Pleasantly surprised, a nice little phone, great sound and call quality. The battery life however is not great. Sometimes I will drop one bar after one call. I tried another battery and it did the same thing. Others have mentioned this too so it's not my particular phone. After a second bar drops, it seems to stabilize and the other two bars remain longer. However, I can live with that , just recharge nightly. The camera is no great shakes but good enough for the occasional snap on the go. I think it's less than a 1 mp camera. Screen has nice clear view, fonts are pleasant and sound options are OK, I just use a basic ringtone. Well built, seems nice and firm, not flimsy. Overall a nice flip phone for the money, especially if you can get it at the sale price. If not for the battery life , I would have given it 5 stars.
