Bought this phone for my mother. She isn't into the whole smart phone thing. And that's ok with me. As long as she likes it.

this phone is great for someone that wants to just make phone calls. easy to use. !/3 the price of the same phone at my carrier.

Good basic cell phone for those not interested in a lot of bells & whistles.

Well-made, sturdy non-smartphone, suitable for all ages. Very easy to use, good ringtone choice, good color screen and wallpaper choice. AT&T Go Phones with an unlimited monthly plan have replaced my landline since 2013. I would have given five stars if battery life were better. If you are only using this as a backup phone, that may not matter. This phone is mostly black, not blue, although that won't matter to most people. (More color choice would be welcome.) AT&T, please continue to give customers choice: as other reviewers have said, not everyone wants a smartphone. Excellent buy, especially at the sale price.

3g coverage works well. easy to use and understand. good reception and voice quality.

This is a good basic phone. My husband likes the little screen on the outside which shows the time.

i got this phone for my retired father so he can have an emergency phone on him he likes how user friendly it is for non tech people

I bought this GoPhone for connection with my visitors from other countries. Together with 10$ a month this is the best way to be sure they are save and comfortable in here. And it was cheaper than in AT&T store!

no power in the house for five days. batt lasted the whole time. my only contact with the real world.

Considering its price, it a great phone. Wish it was made a little sturdier. Texting does take a long time. You need to press the go key to enter each word.

Battery life, build quality, and signal strength are pretty good for how inexpensive it is.

Excellent phone Rings loud and vibrates a lot when I purchased this phone a couple of months and I couldn't find the vibrate feature I tried calling AT&T and the person that I talked to said that it didn't have a vibrate feature so on my original review I put that it didn't have a vibrate feature. Just recently I was looking at some reviews and it kind of walked me threw it. This is how to get to the vibrate feature . Go to menu then go to settings then go to sound profile and under sound profiles select general once general is selected click edit then select ring type and then you can select ringing , vibrate only , vibration and ringing or ascending ring . Great Phone if you don't want Data or Text A Lot

I purchased this product for my granny because she is old and can't work more advance phones. It was perfect for her because of the buttons and it no touch screen. She was happy with the inexpensive but durable phone, in her eyes. Overall purchasing this product was great for her at the end of the day because low maintenance was what she needed.

If all you need is a phone, this one gets the job done. Just the right size, nice design and look and feel of quality.

I had a basic Nokia 6030 for many years and my carrier, AT&T, informed me that as of the end of this year they would no longer be supporting their 2G network and that's how I came to purchase this phone. A lot of great features that were lacking in my old phone and very easy to use though I find the USB cover on the phone somewhat flimsy and I don't know how many phones have such covers to begin with. Can't beat the price and it does what it is supposed to do.
