    I purchased this phone specifically to use on my trip to Europe and the Best Buy employee assured me it would work. They were wrong. This phone only works in North America so when I arrived to Italy, I had a non-working phone and I had given this number to several family members who could no longer reach me. This was an epic FAIL by the Best Buy staff. If you don't know what you are selling, you should not be doing this job. I can't even begin to say how upset I am with the terrible customer service. Before I purchased the phone, I asked the Best Buy rep several times who confirmed with another employee that the phone would work in Europe. Never again Best Buy! Just terrible. And I lost my money as I can't return the phone now that it is past 30 days since I purchased it.
