She used it maybe once daily for a few minutes each day. It died early September. It said it was fully charged but would not turn on. Luckily I had purchased the replacement plan. Small display and not easy to navigate for an older person.

Cheap phone - and worth every penny.

The menus are very confusing. Simple tasks like adding a new contact are difficult. Plastic and not solid feeling. But, it was only $20, so I wouldn't expect much.

The phone was not worth assembling

The phone was not worth returning to get my $10 even after 3 power cycles! the 3 key did not function ALL WHILE TEXTING!! So today; nobody will handle the phone because i will put the Z223 in the trash broke in 2 chunks!!
