I can not figure out why it can not receive calls but it is probably my problem.

Very hard to read letters and numbers on keypad. When opening text message can hardly read it. When you want to pick out certain message to read can't figure out the one to highlight. Try to teach my 65 year old mother..she was so confused...

I didn't open the product. I didn't need it. :( but I looks like a great phone

I like the new phone as it fits in my pocket! Voices are easy to hear with clear volume.

I bought this phone when I lost my phone and I recommend it for short term use.

My daughter loves it she has her music on it she stays in touch with family but can not figure out how to play games on it

This is a cool phone for a teenager. I bought two of them because I like the way they look and it cames with a cool keyboard like the blackberry ones but at a chiper price. Very nice for not being a smart phone.

The phone served every purpose it was needed for and a reasonable battery life.

i cant use right now for roaming for some reason..

this is a great phone, it is simple to operateand does everything that i need it to do.

Overall, this phone is not a very good phone, but does the job. It can make calls, and it can text. There is a memory card input for photos and music, and that's about it. There is an unusual problem with texting on T-9 input. The "send" function alternates to the "select" function when typing, in order to select words from a list prompted on the phone. Sometimes, the "select" function does not alternate back to the "send" function after typing, so it is difficult to send a message. you have to type something, select it with the select key, and then it alternates back to the send key. It's a very annoying problem for me, and is one that could easily have been found and de-buged. Even worse, this same problem existed on the previous model. The weird grammar still exists on this newer model too: "Music Player is running background.Do you want to close it?" I typed that right. There is not a space between the period and the "D". There are several little problems sprinkled about that make this phone stressful and even painful sometimes. Don't get this phone unless you are like me, and want something to hold you over for a month until your next upgrade.

Good phone, nice and cheap, works well, solid build

I bought this phone for my daughter so that she can text her friends without having a data plan. Great little Blackberry-style phone. Easy to text and make phone calls. Has internet if you add a data plan, but we did not want her to have one. I recommend it.

If you're looking for a basic talk and text phone you can't go wrong with this one.
