For a pre paid phone I am very happy with it. If you want the cheaper plan you need to bring it to an ATT store for them to hook you up with that good price.

Phone worked out fine for my 10 year old's 1st Phone. We had no problems with the phone or the service. Camera was not the greatest in the world and you had to to special order any cases online. Other than that it was OK .

I broke the screen on my Note 8 and had to ship it to Samsung to get replaced. I bought this phone and put my SD card in it until I got my Note back. Its was ok for that but I would not want it for a long period of time.

I bought this phone as a spare for traveling. Worked OK but spent a lot of time uninstalling or disabling pre-installed apps. Overall, it's usable after a little clean up. It's what I would expect for the price.
