Bougth this phone for my 10 yo boy he love it . Screen is basic

This phone dose alot of pocket calls, 911 calls an sometimes you won't be touching it at all an it will call everyone on its own. The only good thing I can say about the phone an why its getting an 3star an not a 1 is because I submerged it in water for about 10 seconds and it still worked 3 days later without putting it in a bag of rice

This phone has the best price and has good features on it. I would buy it again.

I have already contacted Bestbuy chat and advised and yet it has not changed. It only has 1 gig of ram and a 1.2 ghz processor

I purchased this as a second/work phone. But it's actually faster than my "main" 4g lte phone and I enjoy using it more. I would definitely recommend this phone.

Granted I bought it for $18, and it can do a lot for that price. But, not two months later I'm looking for another phone. It is mostly fine using apps, but it is incredibly slow at basic functions like making a phone call. I have to wait maybe six seconds between pushing the contact name and the call visually beginning. To me, if a phone doesn't make calls easily it's not a good deal no matter the price.

Works perfect, haven't had a problem with it since i.purchased it.

How many times I have had this phone wrestle me out of taking a phone call .... battery slowly die while in heavy use, then forever recharge ... not get a signal, even in AT&T GoPhone territory (Houston) .... WiFi slooooow .... Lock screen HAHAHAHAHA lucky not to be billed for butt dialing, esp. to 911 so bought a cover that impeded exterior features already on crutches SOP the OS takes up almost ALL the space needed to speed things up, not to mention storage ... ours has the 16 card, 32 available, but the phone doesn't even use a small bit of these ... it's all in the tiny 8 internal memory UGH Get one for a gift? Use it for games then throw it away. Never use this for ANYTHING IMPORTANT

ok phone phone for the price but i need more storage for all the data the apps store on internal memory.

The description says it has 2 gigs of ram but it actually has 1 gig and it has a Snapdragon® 410 processor (which is not mentioned). The phone was perfect for what I needed at first. I don't play games. I just use it for social media, navigation, making calls and texting. After using the phone for 6 months, it runs hot using a single app and the GPS is now useless to use for navigation. All of my navigation apps constantly say "Awaiting GPS" and never issue any directions. Sadly, I wouldn't recommend this phone based on it's short life span.

I only had this phone for a few weeks, as I finally traded it for a phone that was more durable and solid feeling. The operating system seemed to lag a lot when leaving one task (browsing the internet via Chrome), and quickly switching over to the Message app to send a text. These few simple tasks would slow the phone down to horrible amounts, to the point that I was concerned that my calls were possibly not cooking through and losing out on important business calls. I also didn't like how this phone wasn't able to switch over to "guest mode" , as other similarly priced Androids had this feature that this phone lacked. This phone only has 1GB of ram, not 2 as the add and store displays once advertised. Low end, low quality, cheap phone. Be prepared for this phone to be a temporary use phone.

This phone has been great for my 13 year old son. He has found so many uses for it and thoroughly enjoys taking pictures and surfing the internet.

AT&T 4G LTE network is the more reliable. Sound quality is good.

It wouldn't be a bad basic smartphone if it didn't have the issue with not having an overflow button. So apps like Fuel Log where you need the overflow button (3 dots on newer androids) you will be totally unable to use that function in those apps.

This phone is by far the worst pre-paid phone out there. No memory, constant restarts, and apps just close for no reason. Would strongly suggest not buying.

The phone is nothing special. It is your basic run of the mill android phone. I purchased this phone for my aunt just for a temporary solution to her broken iPhone. I guess the only pro is the price. I would recommend this phone for a young child for emergencies or for a temporary phone. I believe two stars is pretty fair.

The very first day, phone would not work. Apps don't respond. Dial pad doesn't come up. Volume is useless even at max and on speaker. Simply put this is a useless piece. DON'T BUY IT

it is my backup phone in case my existing phone is out of order or some people need a backup phone. Android system but it cannot update to the latest one

The nice phone for the price range. Does everything it supposed to do. No complaints so far.

No problems with phone! Perfect for daughter! Great!
