This is a wonderful phone! It was fairly easy to install. The batteries help to insure a loud ring. It's relatively small, so it fits in small places. We are delighted with our new phone!

purchassed to replace older broken phone. love the caller id display to warn me who is calling before I answer the call. loud enough for all to hear.

We are very please with the phone. We mainly use it in the garage so that we don't miss the calls. Mounting to the wall is nice; the LCD display is nice to have so that we can see the incoming calls.

I needed a phone to put in my home office. I love the fact it is small and compact. I was able to easily put it in a nook on my desk easily and with the phone and desk both being black, it basically blends in. I have a VOIP phone service through my cable company, It works wonderfully with it and so easy to use with programmed numbers and caller ID, even with call waiting so I can decide if I need to answer that call if I’m already on another call.

I purchased this for my almost 85 yr. old family member. He liked it. The caller ID worked real good. Two things he said were challenging he wished the volume could go up even more and that the cord wasn't so short that connects to the phone. But, that's an easy fix just buy another cord. Other, than those 2 discrepancies, well made phone, he did say. For the price nice deal.

I have had a phone like this for about 20 years & it always worked well. It has a lot of features. It finally wasn’t working anymore so I checked with Best Buy & they had one. I ordered it in white & I received it in less than a week.

If what you want is a basic corded phone, this is it. It works that way they always did no gimmicks and gadgets just a phone with caller ID and a memory.

Great phone and sound greats and the price is great

Every home should probably have a landline phone for emergency situations but who needs to spend a lot of money for one. This phone fits that bill -- inexpensive, functional, no unneeded bells and whistles and works just fine.

Needed a phone for the house that I didn’t have to worry about plugging into power. This baby is it! Have the best of both worlds with the caller ID on the phone itself and no outlet needed.

Works great for a basic phone and is at a great price

Very simple phone. Batteries are not included for caller ID. Has a weird ring to it when it rings. It also has a short cord which makes talking awkward as you have to stay close to the base.

When you still have a lan line, this a good phone. Sound quality is good.

Just got this phone for a bedroom's easy phone access because my phone system only has two extensions. Works fine. Very basic, but that's what I wanted.

just needed a simple landline phone, and that's what it's. Didn't really need the stored caller ID feature, but it's there.

Easy to set up and program. Able to change cord to longer one easily. Display easy to read. Clear instructions. Comes ready to use as table sitting, but changed to wall without difficulty. Would recommend. Nice purchase.
