We got the phone to test phone and fax lines at clients. Lots of our clients have VOIP providers for their Fax, and always blame the fax machine when there is a problem. This handset saved us so much time and money in troubleshooting and down time! Great quality!

We are in the process of moving and I needed something to use with our Ooma while we were making the transition. It works fine. It has all of the functions that you expect in a basic corded phone. Seems fully functional, easy to use.

The phone does not work when you lose your power.... A total surprise since no outlet is used

This is a good choice for a phone. There is a listing of all phone numbers that have called. This makes it easy to identify the caller.

this phone is wonderful, it's easy to program and easy to use. I like that it is AT&T it is the brand I prefer. And thank goodness for best buy because it is the only place I could find this brand

After having Ooma (Internet based phone service), I switched back to regular service because it was cheaper. It also meant I would get phone service back in my basement, so I just needed a phone with caller id. This phone was perfect for my needs.

I wanted a small chorded phone and this one suited my needs. While I like the phone, I wish it came with a longer chord.

I was looking for a white wall phone with a very small footprint to replace one I've had for twenty years. This fit the bill. The ring amd other features are pretty standard to most lamdline telephones.
