Very nice looking phone for anywhere in the house.

I needed a landline phone that could be attached to a cable modem on a temporary basis. This was the cheapest I could find. It works for the intended purpose and for occasional voice use. Might have other virtues but I haven't tried them (e.g., frequently used number memory). If I needed a phone receiver for more than I did, I'd pay more and get more features and handset comfort.

I would buy another one . Great product works well as back-up .

AT&T - TR1909B Trimline Corded Phone is ok but not great. It sounds pretty good but it seems kind of cheaply made and to make matters worse you need a magnifying glass to see the lcd display. There unfortunately is not a whole lot to chose from in trimline phones these days. I have other AT&T phones. Their cordless model for example is really good.

This phone works like it should. It also has caller id, which is a plus.
