Good phone for the price. You get what you pay for, cheap and simple. I don't like having the key pad in the phone it'self. When you key in the phone number you can't hear clicks so you have no idea if the number is being accepted. The cord that came with the phone is too short and we had to buy a longer cord for our use.

This phone I lightweight no easy to use, I ordered it online and the service was prompt. It is a basic corded phone--no frills.

For people with a landline that need a cord and don't want to spend a ton of money, this phone is for you. It's slim, light-weight, and does the job you'd expect from a basic telephone. Recommended.

Purchased this phone for my mother-in-law. It is easy for her to use and she loves the fact that the numbers are easy to read.

This is a really bad phone and for $2 more you can get a Vtech cordless. First off, the phone doesn't charge as it's battery operated. The cord is too short so you have to sit right in front of it to use it. It's clunky, it doesn't sit straight on ant service and BEst Buy only gives you 14 days to return it to get your money back so don't waste it on this phone. Get a vtech at Target for $21.99. Best Buy used to have good customer service but now they just don't. I'm shopping Amazon for my big screen Oled TV. They give you 30 days to return anything!

It’s hard to find good land line phones. This was a great find. Easy to dial and see the numbers

Works well, only problem is that the cord is not long enough.

Love the price for a simple wall phone and works good. Can use on desk but I needed for wall phone and easy to put up.

Our 90 year old Mom needed a replacement phone with SIMPLE functions and high visible numbers......this works for her!

Great phone to have in case power goes out. Good sound quality. Great value. Displays caller ID if you have this feature.

My old phone display was blank and with all the telemarketers calling, my wife would only answer the phone if she knew it was someone she wanted to talk with. She also wanted a directly connected phone because the roam phones did not work if power off, which happens. So this one was ordered on-line, picked up in store the next morning. Works fine. I discovered it used batteries to light the display, old phone just needed new batteries, so now we have a back up. Price was fine so no problem.

Works great with all the normal features a wall phone has, the caller ID is very easy to read,I give it 4 stars because it is not a very tight fit on the wall - there is only one hole on the back of the phone and it should have two, ( the mounting bracket for a wall phone has two pins)

The persons I got this for find it easy to use and read when someone calls. Nice inexpensive replacement for older phone.

It is frankly hard to find corded phones these days. I bought this for someone with memory problems who consistently forgets to replace their cordless phone on the charger. My only real comment is that the cord is a bit short and I recommend buying a longer one to go with it.

got this for my parents' house. need an old fashion phone to go on their wall land line. Some how still didn't work so we actually had to return it. Didn't fill the wall mount. Overall good phone does the job for cheap

Simple, functional, and necessary for ageing and handicapped persons... Less frustrating than other "devices"...

Geat sound reception on this phone. Great value for the price. Wall hang is easy to install. As a Senior this phone serves my purpose in the most convenient way because I spend more time in the kitchen area of my home and like to get to the phone calls quickly so it is very handy and the color fits perfectly in my kitchen.

Even though these are not portable (wireless), they are reliable and have caller ID - sound is great!
