    sales person did not order correct software to be loaded on computer as I requested which caused me to return to store. Also within first few days computer froze up twice

    The phone did not function as a wall mount. The handset would not stay in the base. Otherwise, it was a good phone at a good price. I just needed it to work as a wall mount.

    It did not work correctly. The tone sounded like a dial phone, so you couldn’t retrieve messages.

    They sold me a broken phone when I bought it it had a rattle and when I got it home it didn't work at all. Never buy this phone ever.
