Started playing at a higher pitch for a while then the needle just stopped working correctly so it's unusable. I apparently have to pay to ship it for them to repair.

The turntable didn’t turn. I returned it to Best Buy and they refused to give me my money back and said I would have to purchase the same item. I did and the turntable didn’t turn. Believe me it’s a piece of junk. I’ll be fortunate if I get my money back from Best Buy for just one of the pieces of junk. Best Buy you should be ashamed.

The description was excellent condition and the item was scratched in many spots. It looked like someone dropped it in the street. The turntable was in pieces and not packed back up correctly.

Thought it was going to fall apart when I pushed buttons. The belt drive had a drag in it so that effects the music obviously. I returned the next day.

Product also came damaged, acrylic dust cover was cracked.

They announce this as a Bluetooth device but it never worked, I even tried an external Bluetooth transmitter to see if the cheap electronics might be the culprit but still didn’t work. Don’t waste your time and money, it’s totally useless!

This produced terrible noise, static and hum. I very quickly returned the unit. Additionally, it is primarily made of cheap plastic.
