unit was defective best buy replaced without any problems second unit is working at this point

Plastic garbage for the build. The arm would slip across the album on it's own. Returned the day I bought it.

Feels cheap No volume knob No Bluetooth on this version

Never worked. Gave it to my daughter for her birthday but it was after 15 days after I bought so it’s garbage. Has no power at all. Won’t be buying from anywhere with 2 week return policy ever again

This is a nice looking turntable. But, the needle does not land in the right spot, usally in the middle of the first song on a 33.

Broken out of the box. Has hum when connected over Bluetooth. Platter didn't rotate. Made of cheap materials (plastics) Going back to the store.

This product seems to be good so far but time will tell.

I checked the reviews on this and thought it would work for me getting back into vinyl however the cheap 3.5mm audio connection in the back was distorting the sound to my amp and I could not get it to play clearly. I don't know why they would not just put RCA jacks on the back of this instead of cheaping out with the 3.5mm plug to RCA cord they give you. Pay a few dollars more and buy a higher end turn table.

Awful sound - returned it. Second time I've had a really bad experience with Audio -Technica...don't recommend them at all. Switched and got the Sony blue tooth turntable- that sounds great.

Well I never got to use it because came with the cartridge had broken off

Unable to use this Stereo Turntable due to system will not work. and I didn't receive a power cable.

Worked fine for four months, and is now skipping on most records, both old and new. I clean the records and the needle each time and it still does it. It's too late for me to get an exchange or refund, so I'm stuck with a $200 unit I have no faith in. Avoid.

This was a little difficult to set up. The Bluetooth didn’t work and it had to be returned.

Could not connect Bluetooth and direct connect unable to control volume. 3 days late from purchase date to return. Very unsatisfactory

Previously I bought Victrola and all of those went out on me after about a year or two. I heard audio technical was a good brand and I liked how slim and modern it looked. Got it home and bought two speakers neither of them worked after being connected properly. Bought two more. Nothing. Then the needle skips around on the records to the end. I tried to see if I could exchange it for some credit but I couldn’t. Now it just sits in my room untouched and I can’t listen to any of my record collection. I am going to try Crosley next.

I bought the first one, brand new records skipped, even change to new stylus. I exchanged it for another and same thing happens. Records play without skipping on cheaper record/radio/cd player.

I tried twice to get this turntable to work and both times the motor would not come on, so I requested and received a full refund.

Came already broken and couldn’t be fixed. Really disappointed. The arm is supposed to automatically swing over when you place play, but it didn’t.

I returned it. It wouldn't play............................
