    OK for the money.

For the money, it's an OK, no frills turntable that is compatible with older stereo amplifiers.

    Audio-Technica turntable

Was excited to order the Audio-Technica stereo turntable. Upon receiving the turntable the box was not damaged. Assembly was easy and straight forward. Connected to sound system it is ready for a test run. The tone arm would skip across the record. Also the audio sound was terrible. Several records were tried with same results. Returned this item to local Best Buy for refund.

    Defective product

This was a holiday present. I finally got around to hooking it up and it sounds terrible. I’ve checked and rechecked the connections and they seem ok. It’s a fuzzy cloudy distorted sound that makes me think it’s a defective cartridge or needle. (It’s not dust on the needle.)

    Worthless Piece of Junk--AVOID!!!

Ordered this from Amazon. I was shocked by the horrid build quality, and that was just the appearance! After setup the turntable did--nothing. No power. It appears that at least 2 of the buttons in the front are broken. This includes the on/off switch. I even swapped out the power supply with a different one to be sure the adaptor wasn't the problem. No power to the device, ever. Returned and will look for a different brand that may actually turn on. Don't buy from this company.

    Does not meet my expectations

The sound quality is very low. I have to turn up the volume on my receiver to a very high setting in order to hear the records being played. When I play cds or play the tuner I can have receiver turned to a low level and hear the music well. I am going to donate this turntable to Good Will. I have recently purchase a Fluance RT 85 to replace it.

    Barely works

It turns on and the record spins, the needle picks up vibrations. It produces so much hum that you have to have the receiver turned down to barely audible to hear the lp. I'm using a sony receiver with phono input. It''s just junk.

Better to spend more money for something well made, cheap plastic parts, not built to last.
