Product cracked in box. Top piece on plastic broke on the back of the top, they must have dropped it while shipping.

Love the flexibility for connecting this player. Got it for my daughter as a birthday present.

Unfortunately, we purchased two of these from Best Buy. The first one worked for about 6 months then started playing records slightly fast. We tried to adjust it and it only got worse. So we tried a second one (this purchase in December), and it didn't work within the first week we had it. On the second one, Best Buy gave us our money back. We didn't try to get our money back on the first one.

About 7 years ago, I was interested in getting into vinyl. My wife bought me my first record player, then I started having issues with it. The sound of the records was slow and it didn't sound like what I am used to. I found out that this record player could be destroying my vinyl. After doing a lot of research, I decided that I am not going the audiophile route with vinyl, because I already have too many expensive hobbies. Audio-Technica is a reliable brand and has been for decades. I originally was going to get the player without BlueTooth, until I read the reviews. Taking it out of the box, my first impression is that this is a very sturdy player. Doesn't use the plastic parts that my cheaper player had. Even the dust cover didn't feel flimsy when opening and closing. Assembling this is very easy and shouldn't take you much time at all. The price that you pay for the features are amazing. Obviously you have BlueTooth, which you can connect to BlueTooth headphones or speakers, buttons for automatic arm use (along with manual), which includes a stop/play and a return. It's nice to have the player gently drop and lift the needle instead of myself possibly messing it up. If, for some reason, you don't have BlueTooth headphones or speakers, this model still has the RCA connection in the back and comes with a cable. Getting my Bose headphones connected to this was easy and I had no issues with them connecting or disconnecting. The sound quality of this player is a night and day difference from my cheaper one. The records sound like they should at the speeds they run. I originally did research on this for my friend and after he told me how amazing this sounded, I had to get one myself. I don't honestly have any negative things to say about the player itself. The quick guide might confuse some with connecting your headphones, but I knew that you have to put your BT headphones into pairing mode to get it to connect. If you don't want to spend hundreds of dollars on a record player, you cannot go wrong with this. I highly recommend it and encourage you to buy this if you're looking for a simplistic, great sounding player.

It was a nightmare. It came with a needle that didn't work. I was sent a 2nd from the company and the sound was muffled. The turntable also could not adjust to volume. At the lowest volume on my receiver, the muffled music blared out. I have great speakers, so that's not the problem. This turntable must be a lemon, however I would not buy another. Spend the money on a better turntable. I have a Sony system and that's what I'll buy. I was told this was compatible with any system. Just garbage!

Turntable worked great the first week. Then started having issues with it running slow when middle of vinyls would play. I returned it after 12 days.

I bought this based on the 4.6+ stars it had. I was trying to avoid buying something 2 or 3 times the price just to play a birthday gift on vinyl I got. What a piece of junk! Cheap plastic feel, records seem to tilt a little and I can't trust the output as being a clear as I would expect. I'm going to return it and try to find something better for a similar price.

First best buy sends us the WRONG one. Paid for bluetooth on another brand and sent non blue tooth. Then says we can give you a Sony for the inconveniences. Then the SONY is in pieces, which we where NEVER told so had to go up to best buy for the 4th time to put it together. Then today while finally gonna to get to listen to it we see it was put together wrong. Just the whole experience was not at all well. Did I mention it was a Christmas present and has seemed more like a curse to not get a record player.

I have wanted this thing for years. I finally buy, get it hooked up & it sounded like a super quiet whisper from the sound bar. I tried everything, no one understood why it was doing what it was doing. So i returend it.

Wanted to love this, but it does not work at all after assembling it. Looking at reviews online again, it seems this has happened to others too.

Too many mechanical, wire functions. Too much money for such inferior product.

The item was a gift for my dad’s 75th birthday. I got it because of the great reviews but unfortunately ours was defective. It barely pairs w our Bose Bluetooth speaker and when it does the sound is faint. We are working with the store in Rochester to return.

bought this for my boyfriend. i thought it would be louder, he had to buy a speaker for it which kind of defeated the purpose of buying him a record player.

First record player, easy set up, auto start, love it!
