I purchased this for my husband as a Father’s Day gift and he didn’t care for it. We ended up exchanging it for a Victoria juke box with built in speakers, CD player and radio.

This thing works fine and then I move it really gently and it breaks. This is the second one I’ve bought. I think the hardware inside doesn’t get Saudered very well

I have lots of old lps, I also have a very good Music Hall turntable, this gives me a chance to evaluate what to keep and what to discard, and what I can play on the good turntable

This turntable died after 6 weeks of moderate use.Brought back to BB and told it was past 15 day return policy and that I should contact Audio-Technica. Going to start that process today. The rubber drive band worked its way off turntable 3 times in to 6 weeks of use. I don’t recommend this product, I give it a 1.

Difficult to setup or either mine was defective. Had a scrubbing sound on it and replaced belt 6 times and did a reset and it solved the scrubbing sound for only a few minutes. Also dragged so sound wasn't good at all. Returning it to Best Buy after two days trying to get it to work.

Need minus star rating . ordered on 29 sept 2025 and today 28 october . not delivered yet . shame on Bestbuy

I bought this bc it was the only one on the shelf. Not a good decision. I will be returning. There is something wrong with it. The sound is all distorted. I know it’s not my speakers bc I just bought a new set of Klipsch speakers. You can’t adjust the arm. The needle fell off Right out of the box. They sure don’t make them like they used to. It’s just not a solid turntable.

Seems like a good turntable but it only has one input in the back for a speaker and I had to experiment to get a decent volume out of it at that

I found recommendations for this record player online and decided to purchase it for my wife to replace a Christmas gift of a "suitcase style" record player. The player was supposed to be open box - excellent, however it arrived from Best Buy with a tilted turntable and terrible audio quality. I promptly returned it, however Best Buy has not promptly returned my money. I will likely be doing more business with Amazon in the future and less with Best Buy

Good entry level turntable but if you can, spend the money for a better one

I use this entry level turntable in my home office, NOT my main system. It sounds ok only, but it was less than $100, so I am satisfied.

2nd one i bought. Both defective ! Would not recommend poor quality control !

Excellent player great price easy hook up another great deal

Needle must have been damaged in shipment. I will have to order another needle. Not sure how to order one yet.

So so playback quality, but easy to set up. Perhaps a better stylus would help

Came broken and unusable. I really wanted to enjoy this but it came damaged on delivery.

Junk I put it back in the box I got a nice vintage one for 10 bucks at a yard sale

The item is fine but the condition of the showroom was horrible. There were so many empty shelves that it looked like the final days of a going out of business sell-off. Very disappointing. Probably won't shop there anymore.

When I picked this item up curbside it was rattling in the box. When i got it home it appeared to be opened as there was no tape of any king sealing the box. Inside the arm was bouncing around on the platter with no protection for the needle. In addition there was no belt for the platter. Will be returning along with m second try 4/27/2020
