Service was great in spite of Corona Virus pandemic. Low end turntable which did not have ground wire for turntable to amp chassis. Unit injected noise into my stereo system. Similar to 60 cycle hum but different. Called store. Setup exchange for upgrade. Picked up upgraded unit which was closer to the level of 50 year old Miracord 50H turntable/changer. Waiting on shipment of 2nd upgrade unit. Tone arm would not lower to record!! 2nd exchange at store with replacement being shipped to my home.

Very light weight and sounds nice. Can’t wait to listen to some records outside

I was looking for a low cost turntable for my albums after my turntable of 40 years wore out. Not quite what I was used to, but I haven't had any issues! Would recommend.

I needed a new turntable and this one was reasonably priced. I don't need one that works wireless or on wifi so this one saved me money.

This just replaced my old Crosley and it's amazing. Definitely recommend for other vinyl junkies and music lovers!

I bought this open box for my wife. She had a little difficulty setting it up with how everything was repackaged, but it works great.

Was kind of unsure about the product. I’m from the old school turn tables but I’m totally happy with the purchase.

For the price I got it for (like $87) it is not bad.. I wish I would have waited for one with FM radio and Bluetooth in it.
