Supplied instructions were a bit thin for the setup. Once I figured out I needed to use the brass colored spindle to drive the belt, worked great

Ease of use is key. There is a start and stop button to push on the front of the machine. The design is according to what is on the market. A receiver will enhance the sound of the turntable.
