Awful sound - returned it. Second time I've had a really bad experience with Audio -Technica...don't recommend them at all. Switched and got the Sony blue tooth turntable- that sounds great.

Previously I bought Victrola and all of those went out on me after about a year or two. I heard audio technical was a good brand and I liked how slim and modern it looked. Got it home and bought two speakers neither of them worked after being connected properly. Bought two more. Nothing. Then the needle skips around on the records to the end. I tried to see if I could exchange it for some credit but I couldn’t. Now it just sits in my room untouched and I can’t listen to any of my record collection. I am going to try Crosley next.

I bought the first one, brand new records skipped, even change to new stylus. I exchanged it for another and same thing happens. Records play without skipping on cheaper record/radio/cd player.

I tried twice to get this turntable to work and both times the motor would not come on, so I requested and received a full refund.

Came already broken and couldn’t be fixed. Really disappointed. The arm is supposed to automatically swing over when you place play, but it didn’t.

Didn't work. Sound was not very much unacceptable; not recognizable as the music on the record. Missed the return period.

Turntable never worked out of the box. I didn’t open it for a couple of months after I got it, and was told that I waited too long to report it. So I am out my money and out of luck.

Bought it in April it's August and it doesn't work and I guess May 31 was the cutoff so I can't even exchange it. Total garbage do not buy!

Seems fine, but arrived broken. Sadly have to return. Very annoying.

Disappointed with open box. Did not come with power aupply.

I had been to some of the vintage stereo shops and they wanted crazy prices for a player so I went out on a limb to purchase this one and I am glad I did. Set up was simple and thankfully my Vizio sound bar has RCA ports on it, sounds great and I didn’t need to spend $400 for a 40 year old gigantic turntable that the vintage shop was trying to sell me! This bad boy is light weight and sleek, it will be a nice addition to my living room so I can play my old Herb Alpert albums that I have been collecting! I am glad that vinyl isn’t dead!

They sent me a trash system with not parts in a big box to bounce around in and the label said from there returns

I don't know if I got a bad one,but the sound quality is not good.

The record player itself is wonderful. What I don’t appreciate was that I purchased this on Black Friday and it was delivered on my porch with no box or anything to hide what it was. It could have been stolen or damaged and it ruined a present.

Sound quality horrible get cracking sound's even with 50 dollar cable

I purchased this turntable for my husband so he could play his old albums. Easy to assemble, and it sounds amazing! Best value among turntables!

Sound is quite awful. Sorry. Even with an upgrade cartridge.

Don't know what I did. From day 1, it would not play a record.

I will be returning this product on my next trip to the store.
