This is the second one I had. The first one I had to return because of a faulty stylus(distorted sound). Now, this one has the same problem. Not going to buy cheap again at Best Buy.

Sound is great & is well made. Wish it had Bluetooth capability, but was perfect for my parents.

Awesome and easy to use great product would buy again

This is a solid entry level turntable, so if you are just getting into the world of vinyl, this might be for you. If you are looking for high quality audio, this device won't cut it.

This company usually makes great products, however, this particular product is not their best. You have to put it together,and in all my years of listening to records and using turntables,never have I had to assemble it. After assembling it,it didn't play the records properly. I do not recommend this turntable.

On March 4rd I purchased an Audio-Technica turntable at Best Buy in Vestal, NY. Over the course of the next several days I purchased an audio receiver, a CD player, and speakers. By the time I had acquired all of the parts and assembled my sound system, I discovered that the turntable motor did not work. I packed it up with the receipt and all of the parts and I returned it to the store to exchange for another of the same model. They would not replace my non-functioning turntable because 23 days had passed since I had brought it home. I had not tested the product prior to setting up the other components because I trusted it to work. That was my first mistake. Mistake number two was not ordering from Amazon, where I would have had no trouble returning a product that didn’t work as expected.

The quality of the unit looked good and was easy to assemble. lHowever, the sound was very poor coming through my speakers. It also skipped a good bit and it seemed like the speed was off. No way to adjust the tone arm or speed that I could fine. I returned the turntable to bestbuy.

Very cheaply made turntable. Thought it was going to fall apart when I pushed buttons. The belt drive had a drag in it so that effects the music obviously. I returned the next day.

I purchased this for my husband as a Father’s Day gift and he didn’t care for it. We ended up exchanging it for a Victoria juke box with built in speakers, CD player and radio.

Very nice turntable for listening to vinyl. Giving it 3 stars because the dust cover was broken upon opening.

This thing works fine and then I move it really gently and it breaks. This is the second one I’ve bought. I think the hardware inside doesn’t get Saudered very well

I have lots of old lps, I also have a very good Music Hall turntable, this gives me a chance to evaluate what to keep and what to discard, and what I can play on the good turntable

This turntable died after 6 weeks of moderate use.Brought back to BB and told it was past 15 day return policy and that I should contact Audio-Technica. Going to start that process today. The rubber drive band worked its way off turntable 3 times in to 6 weeks of use. I don’t recommend this product, I give it a 1.

Difficult to setup or either mine was defective. Had a scrubbing sound on it and replaced belt 6 times and did a reset and it solved the scrubbing sound for only a few minutes. Also dragged so sound wasn't good at all. Returning it to Best Buy after two days trying to get it to work.

I bought this bc it was the only one on the shelf. Not a good decision. I will be returning. There is something wrong with it. The sound is all distorted. I know it’s not my speakers bc I just bought a new set of Klipsch speakers. You can’t adjust the arm. The needle fell off Right out of the box. They sure don’t make them like they used to. It’s just not a solid turntable.

Seems like a good turntable but it only has one input in the back for a speaker and I had to experiment to get a decent volume out of it at that

I found recommendations for this record player online and decided to purchase it for my wife to replace a Christmas gift of a "suitcase style" record player. The player was supposed to be open box - excellent, however it arrived from Best Buy with a tilted turntable and terrible audio quality. I promptly returned it, however Best Buy has not promptly returned my money. I will likely be doing more business with Amazon in the future and less with Best Buy

I use this entry level turntable in my home office, NOT my main system. It sounds ok only, but it was less than $100, so I am satisfied.

Good entry level turntable but if you can, spend the money for a better one
