Returning product

When i got it home it appeared to be opened as there was no tape of any king sealing the box. Inside the arm was bouncing around on the platter with no protection for the needle. In addition there was no belt for the platter. Will be returning along with m second try 4/27/2020

There were so many empty shelves that it looked like the final days of a going out of business sell-off. Very disappointing. Probably won't shop there anymore.

Returned (nonfunctional) turntable sold as new

Whoever inspected it, however, didn't do a particularly good job since it didn't power on. Not terribly thrilled.

I can't get no satisfaction

On the first one, I delayed past the return window. This model used to work beautifully, but twice?! I'm switching to Sony

Terrible Turntable

I was sent a 2nd from the company and the sound was muffled. The turntable also could not adjust to volume. At the lowest volume on my receiver, the muffled music blared out. I have great speakers, so that's not the problem. This turntable must be a lemon, however I would not buy another. Spend the money on a better turntable. I have a Sony system and that's what I'll buy. I was told this was compatible with any system. Just garbage!
