The AT-LP120-USB is an excellent intro into a higher end vinyl experience. It’s aesthetically pleasing, easy to set up and delivers quality sound. The thing is solid and feels like a throwback to a time when audio equipment didnt feel cheap and disposable. If you’re looking to get into building a vinyl collection, your search begins and ends right here. As a nice little bonus, you can connect it to your computer via USB.

This a perfect turntable for guys like me that want to be and audio file but can't afford to be. Old LPs sound much better than the cheaper turntables. It takes some time to set up and the arm is not automatic. When an album side is done playing you have to manually lift the arm off the record. Kind of annoying for something so expensive but I guess it's an audio file thing. Other than that I have no complaints. Even old records sound great and it looks great too.

Great turntable that allows ripping to more than just mp3. Comes with Audacity software to allow turning your old vinyl collection into it's digital incarnation. But if you're like me, "putting a record on" and listening to some vinyl is so warm and romantic. The bells and whistles you get for the price include a counterweight, anti-skating, pitch increase/decrease, immediate start/stop via the direct drive motor. Comes with a pretty decent stylus cartridge!

I bought this turntable to domestic use and I was surprise how sophisticated it is. The sound quality is amasing.

For $280 - $299 this TT is a steal. Although designed as a DJ TT as evidenced by the multitude of controls, it is more than adequate for casual listening use, although it wouldn't be on an audiophile's wish list. I'd have given it a five-star rating but for two shortcomings that I find annoying: it would benefit from height-adjustable feet rather than forcing the user to employ external means to level it; the tonearm cannot be lowered enough to bring it level with the platter, which then requires placing additional mats on the platter or placing a wedge between the headshell and the cartridge. If you can live with these issues, you can't go wrong buying this TT.
