Too big for the ports

I had to push as hard as I could on each end and they barely fit. I finally got them in far enough for the speakers to work but the sound cuts out for a second or two every so often.

Terrible design to start.

It’s just a very dumb design to start with...I don’t understand. This product was doomed at the conception of design.
