Bad news for this matte TV. Causes smearing that cannot be removed. After calling Samsung I independently learned it can only be cleaned with distilled water and a microfiber cloth. This spray that I was directed to purchase totally ruined the screen of my expensive purchase. Fortunately the brilliant and accommodating store manager resolved my concern .

The cloth was fine but I may have chosen the wrong cleaner. I had to use Windex to clean it off.
