I originally set it up for store pickup but it got cancelled on me twice. It’s really annoying that I will have to make a trip to a store and go through the hassle of returning this. I don’t know why Best Buy sent me an open product.

Posted .You might find it easier if you spray CleanScreen onto the microfiber cloth first rather than directly onto the screen. Clean one area at a time - don't try and do it all at once. And wait until the screen has cooled down. Trying to clean a warm screen can cause CleanScreen to dry out which can lead to streaks.

I used it on my Samsung Q90R and it left a white residue on My tv screen. I’m also very disappointed on the cloth it came with. It feels very rough compared to a regular or thin microfiber cloth. Which makes me anxious that I might have scratched my screen. I highly don’t recommend this product..

Posted .It is always recommend to clean the screen when it's cold. A warm screen can result in streaks. Also, with large TVs, clean one area at a time. Don't attempt to clean the whole screen in one go. This will help prevent CleanScreen from drying out too early which can also result in streaks.
