This cord serves the purpose. This is used to connect my television to my soundbar. Given the chance to do it all over again. I would have purchased the 6ft cord as opposed to the 3ft cord. That is my only regret.

I purchased a tv and sound system combo. I didnt know how to connect those two without using a lot cables. I went to best buy and they help me out. I glad and pl eased with this product.

what can you say about a cable??? it hooked up to our equipment very well, solved the issue we were having and so far, it has and is performing as expected. To me, that is a good thing!

Bought because my dynex cord when bad. Went to upgrade to this so I didn't have another issue with a cheap cord. I keep forgetting, you get what you pay for. In this case it's true.

Came in handy for when i was troubleshooting my sound system. Got all my issues solved swapping over to this cable.

I used this to connect my TV to my surround sound receiver for when I view using the smart TV - YouTube, casting, etc. Easy to hook up and works great.

Works as designed, bought the item thinking my home entertainment system doesn't come with one. Easy installation and use. plug and play. It's a bit pricey

My soundbar needed this cable over a HDMI I was surprised to discover this out but so far I haven't noticed that much of a difference in audio quality!

AudioQuest - OptiLink Forest 4.9' Digital Optical Interconnect Cable - Green works very well with my theater set-up. the price was reasonable and performance was optimal.

There are better out there but not at this price. The one I got was a little short. I would recommend getting one for the longest u could possibly need it.

Good enough to get the job done.. Very durable... Very dependable! Gets you the picture quality you need and even works to hook up a VHS/DVD player to a 70" screen!

There are other cables that are less expensive but if you want a short cable with absolutely no issues and a solid connection this is the best choice.

If quality of signal with minimal distortion and degradation is important to you, I would recommend the AudioQuest family of products.

Great product. I have audioquest products throughout my home and I am very pleased with the performance.

The cable works as expected (remember to take off the plastic protectors on the cable optical ends). Probably more expensive than it should be but I'm not an audio expert.
