Didn't work

We could not get the soundbar to work. After having someone come over it turned out the cable was bad. We used Bluetooth instead and that worked fine and we could or hear a lack of quality/. - which is why the cable was recommended.

Two bad Pearl Cables
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased three brand new Pearl(1M, 2M and 3M) cables for my Samsung 75Q8 and Samsung 4K Blue-ray to go with my Denon 2300 receiver. Four months later after going back to Best Buy Magnolia and Denon customer support, I Purchased my 4th Pearl Cable at 4M. All of a sudden the 4K was no longer green and magenta. I started systematically testing cable and discovered that two out of the first three are bad. One has only sound and one has only video. I had sound coming back through the ARM in the TV to receiver through another cable. That is why it was hidden and extremely frustrating. Lesson learned. Expensive cables can be bad too! Now will Best Buy take them back or am I out $100?
